NG Science has units for every science topic for grades kindergarten to 6th. Comes with audio text, videos, and worksheets.
A comprehensive collection of yearly pacing calendars, organized by grade bands, science domains and topics. Units of study are organized in a three-year cycle to ensure that all students have the opportunity to develop the core scientific ideas for physical, earth & space, and life sciences.
Units are developed by science domain and grade span. Each unit is organized by modules which provides lessons based on focus questions. Lessons are mapped out in weekly segments to span the suggested timeframe of each unit. Additional resources are provided which include STEM activities, Lego Aligned lessons, experiments, videos, and literacy connections.

New York State Alternate Assessments (NYSAA) for Science assesses students in D75 based on the adapted science standards outlined in the Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM). The following page provides a detail explanation of the Science Essential Elements.
The New York State Assessment in Science determines how well students have learned the New York State Learning Standards. Beginning next school year, students in grade 5 as well as grade 8 will take the State Assessment in Science (Spring 2024) along with a new format for lab investigations.
