Our Theory of Improvement

The Bronx NIC’s Theory of Improvement was developed with district leaders, principals, teachers, and other stakeholders. We continuously iterate on the network-wide tools (e.g., root cause analysis and driver diagrams) to reflect the insights and unique experiences of all network members and their students. We have engaged in a team effort to discuss and identify which change ideas to abandon, identify potential gaps in our Theory of Improvement, and evaluate primary and secondary drivers to improve and tighten our overall Theory of Improvement.
