Regents Exams are a part of the New York State Library's Digital Collection.

Regents Review 2.0 includes 50 videos produced by New York Network, a service of the State University of New York, in collaboration with the Association of Public Broadcasting Stations of New York.
This is a free service from the College Board and Khan Academy.

PowerScore is a tutoring service, but the book list is free.
Read with purpose.
PowerScore has a recommended reading list that will help improve your reading and comprehension skills. This will help you with the verbal sections of the SAT and prepare you for reading typical SAT passages. You can also expand your vocabulary when you look up any new words you encounter.
