This morning's Do Now is a fun song!
Parents - please stop at whichever point you think your child is working at. If they find it too hard, just keep practising the basics and don't worry about moving on!
An extra activity if you would like a challenge!
If your child is ready and reading short words, they can have a go at reading the green words from the story.
Watch this first to warm up and practising counting backwards from 10.

Today's maths lesson will combine all of the learning from this week in order to solve word problems involving addition and subtraction. If your child has found any of the learning challenging this week, then we recommend repeating one of the previous lessons and practising addition and subtraction by counting on/back.
Here is a copy of the shared reading text that we have been learning this week if you would like to continue practising your reading at home over the weekend!
Look out for red words and practise reading green words speedily :)
