late payment charge
Students are required to pay the tuition fee for any semester within fourteen (14) working days from the commencement of a semester. Students who are unable to make his/her fee payments by the stipulated due date is advised to see the reception staff before the due date.
Students are automatically barred from attending any classes if there are late payment or if the student does not appeal formally to the Reception Counter stating your reasons for failing to make the payment.
Late payment for 1 month and above without any valid reasons will result in the student’s expulsion.
refunds
All fees paid are not refundable or transferable except where written notice is received by the school and the amount of the tuition fees refundable is subject to the following:
If a student withdraws from the programme three (3) days before the com- mencement of the semester
Fees paid (except administration fee and facility fee) are refundable. If a student withdraws from the programme within the first two (2) weeks after the commencement of the semester
An amount not exceeding 50% of fees paid (except administration fee and facil- ity fee) are refundable. If a student withdraws from the programme after two (2) weeks of the com- mencement of the semester
Only the deposit will be refunded
The refund will be processed within sixty (60) days upon receiving the student’s completed withdrawal form.
