Retakes and resubmissions
For retake a course or a resubmission you will need to do the following:

Fill in and bring a physical copy to the School Office
authorised absence Policy
Authorized absence will not be counted as absence in the class.In situations where a student cannot attend class because of mitigation circumstances, he/she should apply for authorized absence by filling in the school form latest two (2) days from the day student is absent, late application will not be entertained. The form can be found in Classwork under NDS Malaysia Student Affairs Google Classroom. Supporting document can be submitted when the student return to school.
attendance
Attendance of the class must be 75%.
Students with 25% or more absences will automatically lose their eligibility to take the exam unless it is a mitigation circumstance. In that case, students will need to apply for authorize absence by filling the school form.
Students are advised to arrive early before the commencement of the class
Students need to be prepared for the class and if there are prior instructions from the lecturer, students must get them ready before coming to class.
Student may apply for leave of absence by completing the of Absence Application Form” together with supporting documents and submitting it to the Students’ Affairs office within two days after your return to the school if you are not able to attend classes due to illnesses, emergencies or other valid reasons.
punctuality
The school will not accept late arrival or late assignment submissions without any valid reason. Considering the way of working in future employment, it would be beneficial for students to always be disciplined and punctual.
Maximum Duration of Study
The maximum duration ofstudy for a programme is 5 years. Failure to obtain all necessary credit within the maximum duration of study will result in student not being able to graduate from the programme.
