Clarissa Perales was our special guest for a VIRTUAL MUSIC CLASS on August 28th as she shared her music with all of our SCCS Middle School Students. Clarissa is 13 years old and lives in Deer Park (Houston area). She has been playing guitar and piano since 5 years old and is currently singing in Chorale at her school. She plays the classical guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, and ukulele. Clarissa has been part of the Robert Murillo Private Studio for several years for in person and virtual lessons. Her favorite music artists include Metallica, Nirvana, The Eagles, The Cranberries, The Beatles, Taylor Swift, and more. She has explored several musical styles including pop, rock, alternative rock, classic rock, jazz/blues, and classical.
