Hydrogen bonds are relatively weak interactions that form between a hydrogen atom with a partial positive charge and a more electronegative atom, such as oxygen.
Because water molecules are polar, they act like tiny magnets with a (+) and (-) side, and they are attracted to each other.
Bonds between water molecules are hydrogen bonds! They are not very strong, so they can break and reform easily.
Hydrogen bonds are what give H₂O some of it's important properties!
