The passing of Prop 58 is a mandate to affirm, strengthen, and expand our multilingual programs, and Californians have asserted their belief in inclusive, multicultural educational systems. Now more then ever we need strong leadership and strong visions for how to take on the systems and social barriers that challenge strong program design, to make the highest quality education accessible to our students.
