Your login for the App is your Membership Number. Please ensure you enter your membership number correctly as per the note below. Your login is also tagged to your mobile number as well as your membership number. This means you can only log into the app on the phone with the number that we have on record for you. You cannot login via 2 devices. If your number has changed, please fill out this form the feedback form.
Avoid adding extra spaces before or after your membership number, especially when using auto-fill. Submitting another response will replace the previous one.
Ensure that your membership number is written correctly without any extra characters or text. If your membership number is under 1000, please use a zero "0" as the second digit.
