WEEKLY:
Exactly one week prior to the commencement of the specific Event (if the event is a recurring event ie training session), an event will appear in your TeamApp (application or website) as per the image below.
The Event long text will explain everything you need to know about the event, i.e. location, timing, arrival and departure protocol.

If you wish to attend that event, simply click on the Event and RSVP by clicking “Yes” as per the image below.
Note some sessions will have an “Event Limit” (depending on the physical restrictions due to the facility). If the session is full and you click “Yes” you will go onto the waiting list. Please click yes if you can attend, even if there is a waiting list.

If you wish to remove yourself from the specific event, please click on the green “Yes” then select “No” from the popup box as per the image below.
Once a session has concluded, a new event for the next session (7 days later) will appear in TeamApp Events and the above steps can be repeated.
