The duties of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall be:

1. To review the SC CASE Constitution and Bylaws upon directive of the Executive Board, giving consideration to suggestions or recommendations for proposed changes as presented by the membership of SC CASE.

2. To make recommendations to the Executive Board for needed or desired changes to the SC CASE Constitution and Bylaws.

3. To notify membership at least thirty (30) days prior to a business meeting of the membership of the proposed changes to the SC CASE Constitution and Bylaws.

4. To provide information/publish the changes to the SC CASE Constitution and Bylaws to the membership.
