To develop, implement, and maintain viable print and/or web-based communication, and publicity tools.
To promote events and meetings of SC CASE.
To submit articles to the SC CEC newsletter and other publications, as appropriate, to promote the activities and purpose of SC CASE.
To develop avenues of publicity with the media and other resources in the state and communities to promote the education of exceptional children.
