The SC Council of Administrators of Special Education Bylaws includes Standing Committees.
Standing committees shall include Awards, Constitution and Bylaws, Finance, Governmental Relations, Membership, Nominating, Program & Professional Development, and Communications.
The President, with the approval of the Executive Board Officers shall appoint the chairpersons of the standing committees, except those duties as required of officers in the Constitution and Bylaws and ad hoc committees.

The Executive Board shall consist of the President, (President (Elect,) Vice President, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, the Parliamentarian, and chairpersons of standing committees. Ex-officio members of the Executive Board are chairpersons of ad hoc committees or other special appointees by the President or Executive Committee.
