A reservation is not required, but we may be able to provide better support if we know the issues you are dealing with ahead of time.

Where does a student go for tech support while at school?

If your teacher is unable to help you with an iPad problem, you may visit our iPad Tech Support Desk before and after school and during lunch in the tech support room located on the bottom floor of Cooper House (C61).

Am I able to borrow an iPad for the day?

The aide at the iPad Tech Support Desk will provide an iPad to use for the day, as needed.

What happens if my iPad needs charging?

There will be charging stations in each classroom, as well as in several other locations throughout the building. Note: students should leave their charger at home during the school day.
