We can't let 2020 win or else 2021...
America did not win this election.
Congratulations! Joe Biden won a seat on the US Senate! "won" the 2020 Presidential election! Now brace yourselves for four good years of "meh." Yes, I said congratulations and then followed it up with some very sensitive topics about election results and the Democratic Party's candidate. If you were confident about either Joe Biden or Donald Trump, you're crazy. If you were voting because one was "better" than the other, you're crazy. However, if you were voting because one was "less worse" than the other, I don't blame you. Ultimately, people voted for their party affiliation. If you voted Donald Trump because you are a Republican, then you're just a racist, xenophobic, and sexist person. For your information, not all Republicans are like Donald Trump, they just have different political beliefs compared to you. Also, do not try to convince anyone that Joe Biden himself is a great candidate, yes he has a great and lengthy political history, but he also makes very bad blunders and gaffes. He even said "Harris-Biden Administration" like he was returning to a vice president spot. He's a puppet of the Left.
Don't get me started on Donald Trump.
Okay, back to the election. Let's be clear, Donald Trump lost this election and there is no such thing as voter fraud. It's all a fallacy and it is giving Trump supporters false hope. Instead of waiting on if Joe Biden won, we should all be waiting on when Donald Trump declares he lost. However, we cannot fault Donald Trump for dragging this out, it would be a disservice to his supporters if he didn't, after proclaiming widespread voter fraud. Man, what a liar. You can tell he's an entertainer and media man first and then a President second.
However, the election revealed a huge problem not named voter fraud. It revealed how garbage the political climate is right now. The media declared that this election would be a landslide in favor for Biden. There were more reasons than not, to vote for Biden, for the sake of our country. Ultimately though, this election was way closer than it should have been. Like I said in the first paragraph, the reasons for who you voted for probably came down to some of those; but there were a lot more issues at play here. Trump had his issues and Biden had his issues but the Democratic Party didn't really do themselves any favors in 2020.
It sucks to say this, but in reality, this election really doesn't do much for society's current pressing issues such as racism or coronavirus. In the end, Covid-19 will still exist and there are still racist people out there. Four years of Trump wouldn't have been any different and 4-8 years of Biden will not create much change either, for these issues. Now if you want to talk about the second amendment or climate change, that's a different story and will probably have a much higher ceiling of happening.
Obviously, people are thinking too short term for something that will be more feasible in the long run, in the coming generation. However, by this election being as close as it was, it is clear people were not thinking towards a better future, but were thinking that this garbage present, would get better or worse. And just a reminder, trash is still trash, before and after.
