Visual Art
Students with a VISUAL ARTS emphasis in the VAPA ACADEMY will take courses in two and three-dimensional art making, where they will create original artworks using a variety of media with the Elements and Principles of Art in mind. They will develop critical thinking skills as they investigate, design, write about, and evaluate their work and the work of others.

Sculptor- Movie Industry Props/Sets, Fine Arts,
Architect- Building Design, Interior Spaces, Landscape Design

Two-Dimensional Program
Students will investigate and engage with a diverse assortment of art mediums while testing concepts and real world applications in the studio.
Three-Dimensional Program
Students have opportunities to develop and refine their skills using a variety of sculptural media while exploring traditional and non-traditional themes.
Guest Speakers
Throughout the year, guest artist come speak about the work they do in a variety of Visual Art professions.
Field Studies
Field Studies are planned throughout the year to expose students to careers in the arts and art venues that support creative individuals.
