(ECSE) provides comprehensive educational services for children, ages 3-5, with identified disabilities. ESCE is not a place, but rather, a continuum of support that focuses on the individual needs of each student. Individual education programs provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences in the areas of speech and language, cognition, fine motor, gross motor, self-help skills, and socialization.
