AIM is designed to address the needs of students with a complex developmental disorder that affects how the student behaves, interacts with others, communicates, and learns. These students have deficits in the areas of communication, social skills and behavior that require intensive, individualized supports and instruction. Students served in this program typically have the qualifying condition of Autism and are
predominantly served in General Education and demonstrate significant maladaptive social behaviors such as intense verbal/physical aggression.
