BIO

The Mayville Cardinal Singers are an extra-curricular show choir of 26 singer/dancers, a 14-member band, and a 6-member crew. They are in their 9th year of direction under John Dobbratz and JD Cooney. After a summer camp in August, the group practices weekly until later in October when they switch to 3 rehearsals weekly. This year the group will compete at New London, Sauk Prairie, Sparta, Fort Atkinson, Medford, and Janesville. This year the Cardinal Singers are bringing you selections from the musical, Dogfight: a story of a group of Marines spending one last night together in San Francisco before shipping out the next morning for the Vietnam War.
