About Mrs. Roy 

      I am extremely excited your child was chosen to be in my class!  Your child will make many gains this year and I am looking forward to watching him or her grow. 

I’d like to give you some background information about myself.  I was born and raised in Illinois and received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University.  While teaching I continued my education and graduated from St. Xavier University of Chicago with my Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning.  I moved to New Hampshire after being married.  This will be my seventeenth year teaching primary school.  

        My husband and I have two fur babies: Sarge, the cat, is 16 years old and Gus Gus, the French Bulldog, is 5 years old.  I love finding fun and magic in everyday life and can never have enough sparkle! Spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and anything that has to do with Disney are some of my favorite things to do in my free time. I am looking forward to our first grade adventure together this year!
