We welcome all community members to our monthly Student Governance Team (SGT) meetings to hear more about Community Schools, provide public comments, and share ideas. Our SGT discusses and votes on many important matters impacting students, staff, and the Walker community. Our SGT Subcommittee ensures that all Community School funding requests are given thorough consideration and feedback.
The Eagle Endeavors Team will focus on Walker’s priorities identified through our 24–25 school year surveying process. Input from families, staff, students, and the community highlighted three key areas valued by all stakeholders: academic success, engagement, and enrichment. This team will take a deeper look at these priorities and develop strategic ways to strengthen and uplift them across our campus.
The Walker Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of Walker families and staff members who come together to build community and support our school. We help boost school spirit and create meaningful experiences for our Walker students.
