The needs and assets assessment (NAA) guides the community school strategy by identifying needs and assets to inform programs, services, and policies that support student learning and development.
We gathered input from as many stakeholders as possible—students, families, staff, and community partners—each offering valuable insights to shape our efforts and foster collaborative partnerships. We achieved our goal of 75% participation from each group, with many groups exceeding this!

We’ve been strengthening collaboration across all stakeholder groups on campus, and our Community Data Dive on 4/21/25 was a powerful example of this effort. All stakeholders (teachers, families, students, and community partners) were represented in the room! After two hours of analyzing our NAA survey data and collaborating, we identified our 3 priority areas for our 2025-2026 Community School strategy: Academic Success, Enrichment, and Engagement!
