Starting November 2:
all new exam orders for August-start AP courses and "exam-only" will include a late order fee.
all exam cancellations for August-start AP courses and "exam-only" will include a cancel fee; therefore, only partial refunds are allowed.

all new exam orders will be double price + ONLY late date exam
no more refunds for exam cancellations ... exception for seniors

Seniors are provided more time to cancel with partial refund due college acceptances coming after AP's deadline.
AP will still keep half as a cancellation fee but SDUSD will refund the remainder paid to the student/family.
