Congratulations, State Seal of Civic Engagement Recipients!

Congratulations to our students who have earned the California State Seal of Civic Engagement (SSCE)! This recognition honors students who have demonstrated excellence in civic learning, participation, and engagement in their schools and communities.

Recipient lists will be updated after each graduation year. Students and families are encouraged to return to this page to confirm whether a student received the State Seal of Civic Engagement.

Questions About Your Application?

If you applied for the SSCE and do not see your name listed, please:

• Check your student email. You may have received a message about a missing application component that prevented your seal from being awarded.

• Contact the SSCE team at civics@sandi.net with questions about your application or award status.

Looking for Your Cord or Seal?

Current students should work directly with their school regarding graduation materials.

Alumni: If you earned the SSCE but did not receive your cord or seal at graduation, please contact your former school’s registrar or counseling office to inquire about receiving these materials.
