Hoover Paras are aware of the importance of Advocating for ourselves and students. When we advocate for what is needed, we have the resources to support students, students needs are being met, addressed and students are being included with their peers.

Sessions paras know that we as paras, should be reading through IEPs (Individual Education Plans & Positive Behavior Intervention Plan). This ensures that strategies and supports are being implemented.
