We’re excited to share a variety of professional learning opportunities designed especially for Paraeducators! Many schools will be on minimum days this week for Parent-Teacher Conferences, making it a great time to explore the PLO Menu and see what’s available.
If your site does not have minimum days, no worries—recordings and slides will be uploaded under the Past Professional Learning tab on this website so you can access them anytime.

PARA staff who perform specialized healthcare procedures within the scope of their work shall have current CPR certification.
The District provides a free online CPR training course through ProTrainings. Only PARA staff who are trained to perform specialized healthcare procedures are eligible for the free online CPR course. Examples of specialized healthcare procedures are gastric tube feedings, seizure management, three deep training, diabetes management, etc.
