Connect and build relationships between students, families, staff, community partners, and resources
Collect, organize, and understand qualitative and quantitative data produced from student, parent/family, staff, and community partner surveys to highlight, assess, and improve Crawford's priority needs
Collaborate to review, enhance, and approve Funding Requests to utilize Community Schools State Grant Funding with student success as the end-goal
Empower and engage students, families, staff, and community partners by building participation in shared decision-making and inclusive problem-solving processes (e.g. build working/focus groups)
Connect new and existing tools and resources to make meaningful changes to the Crawford school community
Use best practices to redesign school systems to maximize improvement of student outcomes
Implement the Community Schools pillars and mechanisms with fidelity
