Crawford Staff Member collaborates with Site Program Coordinator to complete Funding Request Form (see above link)
Crawford Staff Member presents Funding Request to Community Schools Subcommittee
Community Schools Subcommittee vets and votes on Funding Request
Crawford Site Governance Team (SGT) vets and votes on Funding Request
District/State Approval: District Community Schools Coordinator ensures Funding Request aligns with state guidelines (see CCSPP Grant Expense Guidance link above)
Crawford Staff Member and Site Program Coordinator execute Funding Request and collect data in alignment with Community Schools department processes and procedures

Only for supplemental purposes
Cannot supplant regular school curriculum (textbooks), classrooms, or offices
Cannot supplant existing services and funds
Cannot be used for individual/personal gain or services or promotional favors
Unapproved spending will be expended from site funds, not grant funds
Spending past original Funding Request approved amount will require further SGT approval
