My name is Souhaib Houssein,i had my master's degree in Electrical and renewable energy engineering in 2022 from faculty of engineering in university of  Djibouti with collaboration of Istanbul technical university. I have been working for more than 3 years in the sector of solar energy. I am a lecturer in university of djibouti and certified leadership mentor and an active social volunteer in my community such as empowering youth and equipping them with professional skills.

I am passionate about creating, designing and programming. I like travelling(been to 9+ countries),i like to exercise at gym more often, play golf and football.

I joined maker diploma to improve my skills and acquire hands on knowledge for my new role as the manager of Fablab Djibouti while networking with fellow participants, participating in various projects and join a long term circle of makers .
