Week 3 - Journal

First step Here I was starting by drawing sketch my design on fusion and making sure every line fully define  

3step I was extruded 

5 step I draw sketch for anther side parts with this dimension 

7 step i draw a sketch for the last side with this dimension 

9 step draw the bottom part 

here we started to draw sketch for the bracket with this dimension

then i draw the gap for nut 

here I draw the circle for escrow 

the second step I was a draw the side sketch with this dimension

4 steps duplicated the parts then join them  with a joint tool

6 step I extruded the other side and joint it with a joint tool 

8 steps I extruded and join it with the other part by joint tool 

10 steps then extruded the bottom part and  join it with the other part then congratulation we are finished  

then i extruded it 

then i was extrude it to make a gap for the nut 

then I make the same thing at another side 

then click to save dxf to leaser cutting 

then select the part u want to send it to the leaser cutter  

save it at the file in ur pc 

then import the files u did save on RDwork 

here I see how much time it will teak 

here it was duplicated 3 times then I was trying to remove the third one but it did not work I then i try to remove them all and start from being  

in a lab, the instructor divided us as groups, and then etch of the group divided into two teams one of them was a navigator, and another one driver to work on the sketch it was the first step, and another group worked on bracket

then we draw anther side 

then we duplicated and extruded it  

then we joint it by joint tool 

then we cut by laser cutting
