Ideation

Tell us about your assignment's idea for this week. Why do you care about this idea? What inspired you? (Please include images or links to sources of inspiration)

For week 2 we were asked to design a model of a Cool Glasses for personal use Fusion 360 to design the parts and fabricate them using Laser Cutting and 3d printer .

As for what inspired me I searched on google and pinterest for cool Glasses

HERE I sketched inspired between the Requirements ,concept and owl . I choose owl because I always loved and see Beauty in owls

For the Laser Cutter Plywood sheet (3 mm. thickness)

Design/Preparation Process

Explain the design and/or preparation process of your assignment. How did you use the tool or software to design and/or prepare your assignment before fabrication/implementation?

here i used fusion to drow the first part of glasses and i have alot of stragglers to make it difine coz I used spline tool to make winges I had a lot of search but I did not find way and I was ask on slack and mena helping me to make it fixed but also this is not sliotion COZ when I impoert it to Rdwork I had a lot of lines

here I was draw the second part from the glasses and i had the seam problem

with define

then I also redraw the arm coz it has the same problem the also I use conic curve to draw it and I prefer to use T slot to attach arm with body of glasses.

then I was extrude 3mm to see how look like

i was open file on cura and set the sitting and time it will be take on 3dprinting

here i was using the fillet

finally I did it fully define by using conic curve to had only 3 point to make sure all point fully define

here I was import the file and resize then I was cut it at laser cutting

here i put module set on the bed and see how much time it will take

Here I was making an appearance to wood

Development/Implementation Process

In 3D- printing process, our Prusa i3 MK3 first printed the brim it started printing my design layer by layer using PLA

Here are some photos of our process, here the laser cutter was doing it's job and just tracing the outer line of my shape with the laser beam to cut it

that was happening when I didn't define it so I was redrawing it again

the same mistake happens here and I realize it too late

here I used fusion to draw the first part of the glasses and I have a lot of stragglers to make it define.to make winges I had a lot of search but I did not find way and I was ask on slack and mena helping me to make it fixed but also this is not sliotion COZ when I impoert it to Rdwork I had a lot of lines I make a lot of trials to define it but it did not important to define it put plz If u will work on the fusion make sure all of the line carve or line was defined coz u don't make what I did agine .
