want to make a funny robot that moves his hand and lights some LEDs, and moves his hat and lights his eyes.

but don't have a name, until my friend Hala Gamal suggests it to me (أبو الانوار ).

Design/Preparation Process

Explain the design and/or preparation process of your assignment. How did you use the tool or software to design and/or prepare your assignment before fabrication/implementation?

Circuits designed on TinkerCAD.

The first part includes:

DC motor.
switch to control the circuit (open/close).
6 LEDs.
6 resistors (each one 220 Ohm).
5v power source.
breadboard.

Note: connect the positive leg of LEDs with the resistors and the second part of the resistor on the positive common on the breadboard.

To Add the switch to the circuit.

connect the positive of the power supply to one of the terminals of the switch, and the other terminal of the switch to the common positive with LEDs and the DC motor.

The second part includes:

Small DC motor.
switch to control the circuit (open/close).
6 LEDs.
6 resistors (each one 220 Ohm).
5v power source(the same one in first part).

Note: connect the positive and negative common on the other side of the breadboard.

Development/Implementation Process

Explain the development/implementation process of your assignment. How did you use the machine/tool to manufacture or implement the design of your assignment?

First part.

Add the switch.

Build (أبو الانوار) from cardboard.

this part holds the DC motor.

front part. Make small holes with a pencil. (Dimension 15*10 cm)

get a female-male jumper and LED.

connect the jumper in the negative leg of the LED.

connect resistance to the positive leg of the LED.

get a wire.

connect the wire to resistance.

Make all these steps with all of the LEDs.

putting all the LEDs in the holes of the front part.

cutting the hand then glue it in strew, and put the strew in the shaft of the motor.

Top part. (Dimension 20*10 cm)

Head. (Dimension 12*6 cm) and small holes for eyes LED.

Hat.

connect the LEDs as previous LEDs. the glue that hat on strew and put strew in the shaft of the motor.

What kinds of challenges or problems did you face while doing the assignment, tutorials, or exercises? How did you solve them? Did you ask for help from an instructor or peer? Please provide a link to the tutorial or article that you used to solve your problem (if any)

when we design Sumo RC Car, we took the wrong dimension of the freewheel.

to solve it decrease the distance between 2 holes to correct the dimension of the freewheel. And cut it again.

Notice that there is more wiring, so decrease the number of LEDs in the head part to just two.
