When students open Chrome on their device, it will take them to their home page. It will also be in their bookmark bar in case they lose their way.




Student Responsibilities

  • Listen to your parents

  • Plan to have plenty of time for your school work

  • Complete all set work

  • Keep yourself (Cyber)safe

  • Keep your device safe

  • Be kind and polite to students and teachers when communicating on line

  • Keep your device for school work only

Parent Responsibilities

  • Create an environment that is conducive to learning

  • Establish a timetable for students to complete their Home Learning

  • Show interest and engage in conversations about their learning and posts

  • Provide support and guidance for students when completing set work

  • Support emotional balance by providing ample room and time for reflection, physical activity,conversation, and play

  • Ensure student use of technology is appropriate

Troubleshooting

If students have technical issues, we ask that you raise them with your child's teacher in the first instance. They will be able to solve at least 90% of all issues. If they are unable to resolve them they will refer to our Technology Leader Mr James - cjames@sakeilor.catholic.edu.au
