If the weather is nice outside, please go outside and create a obstacle course that works on your jumping, hoping, and running. If you have things to climb on they can be optional. If the weather is not nice or you want to stay inside, you can complete at least 1 challenge and 1 workout video from below. You may complete all of them if you would like!
