1. This week you will watch a quick video on Locomotor skills and non locomotor skills. Click Here for video and critical Cues of Locomotor skills. After you know what a locomotor skill is, you will need to practice these skills. When you think you have them down, go to FlipGrid and show me a video! Also, I will be setting this video so I have to review it before it is posted for others to see. If you do not want your video published, please make note to that in the comment sections.
