Week 2: Monday, March 23rd - 29th

Good job last week getting outside and exercising! It was nice to see the pictures that were emailed to me. Because of this, there is now a button below to a form that you can submit photos. You will have an option allowing me to share this picture on my website, or if it is just for me to see. Either way, I enjoy seeing you guys having fun with homework. Parents, please email me if you are having trouble completing or submitting the assignment. I have also created a resource page with a link below, that has videos of basic skills, workout videos, and fun activities that you can do with your children. This weeks assignment will be the same as last week.

Also, I want you to know that if you start the Google Form for your assignment and do not have time to finish, submit the form and you will get an email receipt that has a link that allows you to update the form at a later time.

Your Assignment in Kindergarten though Second Grade is to:

1. Pick at least 1 of the skills listed below to practice with your child. (Each week pick a different skills)

2. Do at least 45 minutes of physical activity during the week(for example...Running around outside, go for a family walk or run, GO Noodle (Click here), dance videos, and other fitness videos of your choice). The 45 minutes of physical activity can be done over multiple sessions, but each session must be at least 15 minutes.
