Your Assignment in Third Grade is to:
1. Do at least 60 minutes of physical activity during the week (Check out the "Extra Resource Page" for ideas). The 60 minutes of physical activity can be done over multiple sessions, but each session must be at least 15 minutes.
2. Practice your Push Ups and Curl Up at least 3 times this week. Try to reach your goal. The push up and curl up goals are listed on the pictures below. Make sure you put these in your log.
