Board of Directors

The Board of Directors manages the affairs of SageBrushers Art Society. The Board is composed of six members: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Facilities Manager and Director-At-Large. 

The Board is elected by the Society's members. Term of office is two years; each Director may sit on the board one additional year with the approval of the remainder of the Board. After this one-year extension, a director who wishes to remain  must run for re-election. 

The Board is elected prior to the annual business meeting, results are announced at the meeting and Board members take office October 1st.
