Accessing Studios & Edit Suites

Think of checking in at a hotel. You get a unique key card as you check in! 

Students need to collect a studio key card for the studio they are accessing under their booking on WebCheckout. The studio key card(s) will then be added to the booking and must be returned upon the completion of the session. This arrangement aims to provide better security & protection for the student's personal belongings and projects in the studios. It also prevents studio access without bookings to ensure fair studio usage and a fair working environment for all SAE students. 

Each studio key card is specifically assigned to a studio (with access to all live rooms).

In most cases, each studio will have more than one key card assigned. This means students can have multiple cards checked out as required. For example, when students work in groups or bring in external artists.
