Zoom security statement Navitas/SAE (April 14th 2020)
In light of the recent media attention and security concerns regarding the use of Zoom raised by both staff and students, please see the following statement.
Zoom will continue to be the main tool used to connect you to the teacher/lecturer and your fellow students. You don't need a zoom license to attend a meeting. Please login to https://zoom.us/ using your student email address and password. We also strongly recommend to download and install Zoom (if not already installed).
Zoom Client for Meetings
The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, and is also available for manual download here:

FAQs:
When I login to creativecloud.adobe.com and go to Apps, they all say Try or Buy. How do I install them?
If your account does not have "Install" next to all listed applications, contact service.desk@navitas.com so we can check your account has the licenses you need.
I've had a previous version of Adobe on my computer. Can I install updates or new apps with my student license?
You can install updates and new programs with your student login, however, bear in mind that these apps will be replaced with newer versions that your personal license may not cover you for. If this is the case, you may need to reinstall your copy of Adobe once the temporary licenses have expired.
I tried to click Install next to an app, but it runs into an error when attempting to install. How can I resolve this?
This issue is not with the account, as you have the option to "Install" the app instead of "Try" or "Buy" the app. Often the issue is due to a previous install of Adobe that has left behind files that conflict with the new version. To resolve this, it is best to remove all Adobe files using the Adobe CC Cleaner app and attempt to reinstall again. Please note, this removes all Adobe apps installed on your computers (not your project files), so if you intend to use any of these apps again after the temporary licenses have expired, ensure you have the appropriate installers.
I've removed all files with the Adobe CC Cleaner, but I still can't install my app. What do I do?
If you continue to have installation issues, this is likely due to specific system configuration or file setup on your computer. As Adobe designs and builds these applications and helps to service them when they develop an issue, we recommend you contact Adobe Support to help you with the installation.
IF YOU HAD ALREADY PAID you can cancel.
