WEEK 5
WEEK 5
PRE-CLASS:
READ: Within the Unity Manual, read up on the Unity Audio Mixer and Audio Sources: https://docs.unity3d.com/2023.2/Documentation/Manual/AudioMixer.html
EVIDENCE: In your Learning Journal, discuss and reflect on the videos. Discuss how sound is 'integrated' into game engines and the similarities and differences between Game Engines and DAW's in terms of audio. What original ways might Game Engines be used? e.g. How might you use a Game Engine for developing and presenting a music-centered album?
WATCH: The videos provided on this page to assist your understanding of workflows and game audio implementation. Open Unity and develop your project using some of these techniques.

PROJECT WORK
Create a Learning Journal entry for this week.
This should consider and discuss research undertaken and make use of APA 7 style referencing.
It is recommended you use the questions below to get you started.
Address the following points or use the weekly reflection template:
What have I learned this week? This could be related to soft skills or hard skills.
What did that involve? Go into more details.
What feedback have I collected this week? How am I going to address it? Record any feedback (verbal or written) you receive from your facilitator or peers and reflect on it in your journal.
What challenges did I encounter? How did I/how am I going to address them?
What am I unsure about? Have a question or something you don't understand? This is something you can ask your facilitator.
