Grad Package 'Assignments' - Online

Grads are required to complete a number of online forms in the Grad 2024 Google Classroom. These forms are due April 26th, and will show up as assignments for each student.

These forms must be completed by the student using their school district email address.

After Grad Information Consent

Permission Forms - Paper

Field Trip Consent forms for Grads, (and Guests if applicable) MUST be completed and submitted to the main office. Students will receive paper copies at the April Grad Assembly, extras may be printed off or picked up from the office.
