- Be mindful of your camera angle- (ask yourself if it is a good view of what we are trying to see. Side view is usually best for exercises, so we can provide feedback on your form, to ensure you are doing it safely & correctly)
- Keep posts and replies focused on the topic of the page
- Let your family know you are recording, so everyone is aware the sound and video is on
- Make sure you are fully happy with what we hear and see in your recording before you post it -You can edit the video or cancel and start a new recording if needed. If you are having trouble you can email your PE teacher for help.

To stay up to date with any new assignments or teacher posts

- Once on the PE flipgrid page,
- Click on your name at the top right corner (next to the logout button)
- that will give you a drop down menu, click "follow this grid"
- then enter your school email address
- this will allow you to be notified if anything new is added, and help remind you to respond to any questions posted.
