Week of May 18th ▪️ Vol: XVIII Issue: 32

• TELUS Spark Field Trip: On Wednesday, May 20 we will be at TELUS Spark for the day. Students must bring a bagged lunch.

• Food Drive: Throughout the month of May, NPS will be supporting the Airdrie Food Bank through a community donation drive. We invite all families to consider sending non-perishable food items or essential household goods to school.

• Bracket Challenge: Standings for our NHL and NBA Bracket Challenges can be found [HERE]. They will be updated at the conclusion of each round. 

• Problem of the Week: Don't forget to solve the P.O.W. and record your work!

• Student Activities: I love supporting students and seeing them shine in their activities outside of school! If you’d like me to attend, please email me the dates and times, and I will do my best to come and cheer them on.

Bison of the Week – Shazana

Shazana is our Bison of the Week for quietly demonstrating responsibility, kindness, and determination each day. She may be the strong silent type, but her actions speak loudly in our classroom. Shazana consistently stays focused, works hard, and gives her best effort in everything she does. She is respectful to others, listens carefully, and leads by example through her calm and thoughtful attitude. Her quiet confidence and positive work habits make her an important part of our classroom community.
