2023-2024
30th of the month: Payments due by the 30th of the month for the next months services.
20th of the month: The fee will appear in your child's PaySchools account by approximately the 20th of each month. This allows time for adjustments in fees, following the monthly registration sheet which is available from the 1st-15th of each new month for new registrations or changes to existing schedules.
Please DO NOT USE the registration sheet unless you are making changes to your child's schedule. Selections will roll over each month.
Any issues with the PaySchoolsCentral website, or questions regarding fees/tuition should be directed to the Bulldog Care Accountant, JoAnn Hughes, at bulldogaccountant@rutherfordschools.org.
*If your account is not up to date, you will not be able to register for the next month.
Late Fees: There will be a $15 late fee, per child, for tuition not paid on time. Continuous late payments could result in removal of the program.
Late Pick Up Fees: $15 for the first 15 minutes late, then $15 for each 15 minute interval afterwards.
Drop-In services are available for emergency situations for an additional fee. In order to use the Drop-In service, students must be registered. See Drop In tab on this website for further information.
Please contact the Site Director at the school and your child's teacher as soon as possible to ensure proper coverage.
