Before and After School Registration

Registration for September 2026-2027 is now open :

September 2026-2027 Registration

Registration for September 2026–2027 remains open, but applicants for the K-Center and Washington School will be placed on a waitlist as our programs are currently at capacity.

Any current Rutherford Schools PreK 4 students who are enrolling in the Bulldog Care program for 2026 - 2027 will be able to make their registration fee payment in Payschools.

Please do not bring a check to the Board of Education.

Important Notice :

Registration for September

2026–2027 opens on

June 2nd and will close on August 1st.

Enrollment selections will automatically roll over each month. Changes to registration may be submitted between the 1st and 15th of the preceding month. Requests received after the 15th will not be accepted. No action is required if your schedule has not changed.

There is limited space at the K-Center. Registration will be limited to first come first serve.

Drop In Policy :

Is drop-in available at all locations?

Yes , currently drop ins are offered at every school.

Is there an additional cost?

Drop in additional fees are as follows : $33/a day for before care and $55/a day for after care

How do families request drop-in care?

Procedure:

1. Email asap: the Site Director at the school, your child's teacher (one email, copy all)

2. Fill out the drop-in form below. This is very important. We need to have emergency contact information for ALL students in attendance.

3. Fees must be paid within 24 hours. Log into your child's PaySchoolsCentral account and pay the assigned fee. Please reach out the Bulldog Care Accountant (JoAnn Hughes), if you have any questions. bulldogaccountant@rutherfordschools.org
