Registration for October 2026-2027 is open Sept 1st - Sept 15th.
Please note that drop-ins are a help with last-minute, emergency, or occasional childcare needs outside of regular monthly Bulldog Care.
The drop-in service is available to all registered Bulldog Care students, grades K through 6.
Parents can make their request by filling out the drop-in registration form : Drop In Form
The fee will appear the day after the drop in service . Payment must be made in your child's Payschool account within 3 days of the fee posting.
Drop In Procedure :

1. Email asap: the Site Director at the school, your child's teacher (one email, copy all)
2. Fill out the drop-in form below. This is very important. We need to have emergency contact information for ALL students in attendance : Drop In Form
3. Fees must be paid within 24 hours. Log into your child's PaySchoolsCentral account and pay the assigned fee. Please reach out the Bulldog Care Accountant (JoAnn Hughes), if you have any questions. bulldogaccountant@rutherfordschools.org

Drop in additional fees are as follows : $33/a day for before care and $55/a day for after care. The fee will appear the day after the drop in service . Payment must be made in your child's Payschool account within 3 days of the fee posting.
