Authorized Pick Up
Authorized Pick Up Forms for June 2026 is now closed .
To ensure our records stay current, authorized pick-up information must now be updated exclusively through monthly registration. The Release of Children form is no longer offered as a standalone open form.
When registration opens, please take a moment to review and update your child's pick-up details as needed. We are unable to process pick-up changes outside of the designated registration period.
If someone not listed on your registration will be picking up your child, please notify the Site Director in advance. Note that this does not substitute for updating your official pick-up authorization during registration.
Cancellation of Bulldog Care
To cancel your registration, please complete the cancellation form below by the 15th of the month prior to your intended last day of enrollment. For example, a January cancellation request must be submitted no later than December 15th.
Please note that cancellations are final, and re-enrollment cannot be guaranteed. Program capacity is determined by monthly enrollment figures, which directly affect our counselor-to-student ratio. As a result, a spot may not be available should you wish to return to the program at a later date.
Drop In Procedure :
1. Email asap: the Site Director at the school, your child's teacher (one email, copy all)
2. Fill out the drop-in form below. This is very important. We need to have emergency contact information for ALL students in attendance : Drop In Form
3. Fees must be paid within 24 hours. Log into your child's PaySchoolsCentral account and pay the assigned fee. Please reach out the Bulldog Care Accountant (JoAnn Hughes), if you have any questions. bulldogaccountant@rutherfordschools.org
4. Payment must be made in your child's Payschool account within 3 days of the fee posting.
