Cancellation

Cancellation of Bulldog Care 

If you are planning to cancel your registration, please fill out the cancellation form below before the 15th of the month prior to your cancellation.  

Example: for January,  a request must be made by December 15th.

Once cancelled, we cannot guarantee a spot will be available should you need to re-register.  Our counselor to student ratio is dependent upon monthly enrollment.  Therefore cancellations can effect a return to the program.
