Cancellation of Bulldog Care
If you are planning to cancel your registration, please fill out the cancellation form below before the 15th of the month prior to your cancellation.
Example: for January, request must be made by December 15th.
Once cancelled, you will need to re-register and pay the registration fee again to utilize the program.
